CAKE SMASH SESSION QUESTIONNAIRE


Please fill out this questionnaire if you have booked or are in the process of booking your little one's Deluxe cake smash session. Please include any extra information you feel will help me provide you your ideal experience.

*It is recommended to schedule your session at least 1 month prior to session date to provide the time to prepare for the shoot. (buying and ordering props, backgrounds, etc.)

*Please keep in mind when scheduling your session that turn around time for the Finished Gallery (edited images) can take 2 weeks.

If you would like to use multiple choices there may be an extra charge. You can include color preferences for flowers in the additional information section. (Baby is typically nude for tub session. Bring along plain covering if preferred to cover baby bottom)
